The idea behind CQ Drive is that if a person does not have an internal reason to learn about other cultures, or see an external benefit that motivates them, they will not have the commitment needed to learn to relate well to people of other cultures. All of the knowledge and information about cultural differences in the world, (and there is a LOT of information) will not bring about any positive change.
It takes time and intentionality. It takes conversations. It takes motivation and commitment…CQ Drive!
